Dynamis VeinLase

Dynamis Veinlase uses Fotona Nd:YAG and is similar to the Gentlelaser eliminates all unwanted leg veins non-invasively, without injections or surgery, giving you smooth, vein-free legs.

While most leg veins treated with Fotona Nd:YAG clear immediately, some larger vessels may take on a gray color before naturally fading away. Vessels treated at the prior visit will be mostly or thoroughly gone by the next session. However, some vessels need additional treatment or might need to be treated in combination with sclerotherapy.

How does Fotona Dynamis SP work for leg vein reduction?

The Fotona Dynamis SP is the latest powerful laser innovation specifically targets the chromophore/pigment within blood vessel (oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin) with specific wavelengths of light. The light and heat from the laser light closes off the vessels by coagulating the target pigments in the blood within the vessels.

How often do I need to do the treatment?

Usually, a series of two to four treatments are required at four- to six-week intervals for maximum clearance. Treatments are easy and comfortable and no specific preparation is required.

What should I expect after the procedure?

Immediately after procedure, the areas treated will look pink and generally follow the pattern of the vessels removed. This will fade in one to two days as your body takes over to complete the process. You may return to work or other activities such as walking and exercising immediately, with the aid of a support hose right after the procedure. But generally, one to two days of rest are required before resuming your normal activities[/fusion_text][/one_full]

Dynamis HairLase (Fotona Nd:YAG)

Fotona’s high-performance Nd:YAG laser systems with FRAC3® technology have introduced new standards of efficiency in providing safe and effective hair reduction – using an innovative system that effectively targets hair follicles with a combination of selective and homogenous photothermolysis.

Safe for All Skin Types

Fotona’s Nd:YAG lasers incorporate revolutionary pulse-control technology and a proprietary three-dimensional treatment pattern (FRAC3®) to provide safe and effective hair reduction. Unlike other wavelengths, only Nd:YAG is safe to use on all skin types. Fotona’s innovative system effectively targets surface treatment areas while leaving surrounding tissues unaffected. The success of hair reduction treatments depends largely on a patient’s skin and hair type, as well as the skills and treatment insight of the practitioner. Most patients can expect a significant reduction in unwanted hair, and any future hair growth will usually be thinner and lighter, and thus much less pronounced than before.

High-Performance Hair Reduction

Combined with the special high-performance S-11 scanner from Fotona, you can easily treat large areas such as the legs, back and chest quickly and efficiently, making laser treatments one of the most cost-effective solutions for long-term hair reduction. Fotona’s high peak-power laser pulses provide the speed and efficiency needed to uniformly cover large scanning areas. Depending on the size of the treatment area, between three to five sessions, six to eight weeks apart will lead to a significant aesthetic and clinical result.

Does the procedure hurt?

The procedure is very tolerable. One may still feel a warm sensation or something like a brisk, light flick of a rubber band on the skin. But for some patients, they would require topical anesthesia.

How often do I need to do the treatment?

Treatments are done every four to eight weeks depending on the area being treated and hair regrowth rate. With each treatment, hair becomes finer and regrowth becomes slower. Patients may differ in sensitivity to the laser treatment, but in general, the number of treatments needed to achieve markedly significant hair reduction average from three to six treatments.

How does Fotona Dynamis SP work for hair removal?

Similar to the GentleYAG The main target of the Nd:YAG laser light, which passes through the skin are the dark pigments (melanin) within the hairbulb of the actively growing hairs (Anagen stage). The light absorbed by the melanin causes heating up and miniaturization of the actively-growing hairbulbs, which leads to finer and lighter hair growth or falling off of the entire hair if the root is completely destroyed. Since anagen hairs contain the most melanin, several sessions are needed to wait for the new anagen hairs to come out.[/fusion_text][/one_full]

GentleLase Hair Reduction (GentleYAG HR)

A smooth, hairless face and body is now possible with the GentleYAG™ laser that effectively, safely, and permanently removes unwanted hair in all skin types, even in patients with tanned skin or those with dark to very dark complexions. The session is quick, comfortable, with no messy gels applied to the skin. The most popular areas treated are the upper lip, underarms, legs, and bikini area for women, and the back and beard for men.

Does the procedure hurt?

The laser is equipped with the patented Dynamic Cooling Device™, which makes the procedure very tolerable, comfortable, to even painless. It delivers a cold spray of cryogen that cools and numbs the skin just microseconds before the laser beam hits your skin. One may still feel a warm sensation or something like a brisk, light flick of a rubber band on the skin. But for most, the sensation is quite tolerable.

The Fotona Dynamis SP is the latest powerful laser innovation that has an outstanding way of lifting and contouring the skin with no downtime. It creates significant improvement in pore size, skin tone, and texture. It has been the latest non-invasive treatment option of many– both physicians and patients alike– to delay skin sagging and eliminate the need for future invasive cosmetic surgeries.

Does the procedure hurt?

The laser procedure is very tolerable.

How often do I need to do the treatment?

On the average, a series of three to six consecutive sessions one month apart deliver optimal results. Results are cumulative. Although one may notice improvement after just one session, a series of three monthly sessions would be good to start with, to see more significant results. Depending on what has been achieved, an evaluation by our physician may be done, if more sessions are needed.

How does Dynamis Laserlift work?

It is a self-induced non-ablative three dimensional fractional FRAC3® method for skin rejuvenation is described. The method utilizes short pulse duration/high peak power density of Nd:YAG Accelera mode laser pulses. The Accelera pulses produce a three-dimensional fractional pattern in the epidermis and dermis, with damage islands located predominantly at the sites of skin imperfections. Thermal measurements in-vivo of skin surface and invitro of skin cross section following the illumination with Nd:YAG Accelera pulses are presented. The measurements demonstrate the emergence of isolated »fractional« hot islands within the skin. Clinical experience following the short pulse Nd:YAG laser treatment is also presented. The FRAC3® technique offers practitioners another dimension in safety and self-regulating efficacy of non-ablative laser skin rejuvenation.[/fusion_text][/one_full]
