Onychomycosis

Fotona’s ClearSteps™ Onychomycosis Treatment is a revolutionary, patient-friendly method for treating onychomycosis (toenail fungus). It is a simple and effective procedure that uses the power of Nd:YAG laser light to heat evenly throughout the depth of the effected nail and skin tissue, effectively weakening and killing parasitic fungi which have infected the patient’s nails.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to eliminate varicose veins and spider veins. It involves an injection of a solution (generally a salt solution) directly into the vein to irritate the lining of the blood vessel, causing it to collapse and stick together and the blood to clot.

Over time, the vessel turns into scar tissue that fades from view.

Dynamis PigmentLase

Dynamis PigmentLase

Dynamis PigmentLase use the Fractional light power of Er:YAG  laser that ablates skin more efficiently due to proprietary VSP (Variable Square Pulse) technology, which can be accurately tuned to varying “cold” ablation and non-ablative thermal ratios. Full customizability allows you to precisely attain the clinical outcomes your patients desire.

Does it hurt?

The laser procedure is tolerable but patients may still require the use topical anesthesia.

How often do I need to do the treatment?

On the average, a series of three to six consecutive sessions one month apart deliver optimal results. Results are cumulative. Although one may notice improvement after one session, a series of three monthly sessions would be good to start with, to see more significant to marked results. Depending on what has been achieved, an evaluation by our physician may be done, if more sessions are needed.
